Websites That Work — and Work For You

A good website brings customers in. A great one also answers them, books them, reminds them, and chases the paperwork — automatically, while you do the actual job.

Built properly, not just prettily

Anyone can sell you a website that looks nice. We build sites that also load fast, work flawlessly on phones, meet modern security standards, and are structured so Google can actually find and rank them — because a site nobody finds is just an expensive business card.

Everything is done properly under the hood: secure hosting, SSL, backups, and the technical SEO groundwork most small-business sites skip. This very site practises what we preach.

What you get

  • Professional design — a site that reflects your business, not a template that looks like everyone else's
  • Search-ready structure — technical SEO, local search optimisation, and the groundwork to rank for what your customers search
  • Hosting & care — fast, secure hosting with updates and backups handled, so the site never becomes your problem
  • Booking & enquiry automation — customers book, get confirmations and reminders, and reschedule without you touching a thing
  • Admin automation — follow-ups, review requests, invoicing chases and routine emails sent automatically
  • Plain-English handover — you'll know exactly what you have, what it costs to run, and how to get updates made

The proof: hours back every week

We built personal trainer Kristy Ellis a website from scratch, sorted the hosting, and automated the admin she'd been doing by hand — bookings, reminders, follow-ups. In her words, from our testimonials page: "It's freed up hours every week that I spend with clients instead of behind a laptop." That's the standard: not just a site that looks good, but one that measurably gives you time back.

Already have a website?

We can work with what you've got. Common jobs: making a slow site fast, fixing the SEO basics so you start appearing in local searches, moving you off an expensive agency retainer, or bolting automation onto a site that currently just sits there. If your site only needs small fixes, we'll tell you that rather than pitch a rebuild — and if what you really need is broader support, our business IT support covers the rest.

Questions & Answers

Websites & Automation FAQs

It depends on scope — a focused site for a sole trader is a very different job from a multi-page site with booking systems and automation. What we promise: a fixed quote up front after a free chat about what you need, honest advice if you don't need everything you think you do, and no surprise costs later. Ongoing hosting and care is a modest monthly amount, agreed in advance.
Most small business sites go live within two to four weeks of us having your content and photos. Automation work is usually added in the same window. We'll give you a realistic timeline with the quote — and if you have a hard deadline like a launch or event, tell us and we'll plan around it.
Yes. Automation doesn't require a rebuild — booking systems, reminder sequences, follow-ups and invoice chasing can usually be added to whatever you have now, or even run alongside a social-media-only presence. It's often the highest-value part of the work.
If you want to, yes — we'll set it up so routine changes like prices, photos and opening hours are simple, and show you how. Plenty of clients prefer to send us changes instead, which is covered by the care plan. Either way, you own the site and the domain outright: no lock-in, ever.

Still doing your admin by hand?

Bookings, reminders, follow-ups, invoices — if you type it more than twice a week, it can probably be automated. Tell us what eats your evenings.
